Well, Lyon’s Den, located on Low Street in Banff provides a modern flexible workspace that you will love working in. And, with one single monthly bill, you can focus on your business while we take care of everything else

Phase 3 at Lyon’s Den is the final phase of the complete renovation of the building, which was originally built in 1900 as Peter Lyon’s Ironmongery store. Two of the final brand-new spaces have already been let before coming on the market, with a further one ready now and the final two coming soon.

Depending on your needs and requirements, we have a mixture of one, two, or three-person offices or workspaces available. If you don’t require a dedicated room, we also have flexible desk membership options within the Business Lounge on the ground floor.

The Business Lounge is where the Hub comes alive, with the shared communal kitchen area and informal meeting space allowing Lyon’s Den members to develop relationships or meet with clients in a professional and inspirational environment. In the evening the Business Lounge can also be transformed into an events space. In addition, the Property Partners team are also on hand and act as your reception service during working hours, welcoming visitors, and taking deliveries.
